Description:  Spend the day learning how to direct-apply mosaic art to a selection of substrates.  This course is for all levels and no previous tile or artistic experience required!

What you learn:             

• introduction to adhesives

• sourcing materials & substrates

• 3 basic elements of mosaic art: cutting, gluing, and grouting

Project: You will make your own one-of-a-kind mosaic creation to take home!  You’ll have access to a variety of tiles, beads, and upcycled objects.  You can also bring your own personal treasure to incorporate as a focal point, like a broken necklace, ornament, or your favorite old mug.  Something you’ve held onto and can’t part with.
