Learn how to make & install your own high-quality, base coat lime plaster plus luscious burnished waterproof lime-based tadelakt plaster! WAHT YOU LEARN: • introduction to lime plaster & understanding the different types of lime • understanding your materials • understanding the chemistry (yes, there's lots of chemistry!) • how to work safely with lime • mixing techniques • how to prepare your wall surface • how to apply a basic lime plaster base coat • how to apply & finish tadelakt • calculating quantities • tips for your own projects PROJECT: We will add a coat of lime plaster to an exterior wall + add a tadelakt finish over an existing lime plaster base coat inside a bathroom This course is for you if… : you want to take the mystery out of lime plaster & learn how to create a gorgeous, versatile, waterproof finish, made with natural ingredients. Workshop Cancellation Policy Cancellations with more than 30 days notice have two options: 1. Receive a coupon code for the full workshop fee to use toward any future workshop 2. Receive a refund minus 10% processing fee Cancellation with 14 to 30 days notice receive 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the course date. You receive a full refund if your workshop is cancelled by Down to Earth Design.
